Fair For All encourages health practitioners and managers to strive for best practice that goes beyond the compliance of the law and promotes the rights, independence, choice and inclusion of health service users and members of the community.
Fair For All is an approach that recognises and responds sensitively to equality and diversity within healthcare in Scotland. It brings together a number of areas of policy and practice, to address equality and diversity issues in the health service and move towards an approach of service planning and delivery that takes into account individual service users needs, whatever their life circumstances.
